Application Instructions:

To apply, email our leasing office the application forms and photo ID for all applicants. There is a $40 fee per applicant. We currently accept cash or check.

If you need financial support from family, please also include a cosigner form with your application along with the cosigner’s photo ID.

After reviewing our application, we will notify you of your acceptance and help you secure the room with a security deposit and accompanying forms of half of the listed rent price. Mail or meet in-person to submit signed forms and payment to reserve your room.
